If you have not already confirmed your purchase through eBay please do so before using the Check-Out Now! button. You will be able to complete your payment and finalize your purchase without waiting for an email confirmation.
Check-Out Later: If you do not choose to Check-Out Now, there is no need to contact us to arrange payment. We will automatically send you an e-mail within three hours of auction close. In most cases you will receive and email right after the auction ends. Our message will contain a link to our simple and secure checkout system, where you will be able to quickly and conveniently pay for your purchase.
PAYMENT We accept Pay Pal, Money Order, Personal Check, or Cashier's Check. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. If you pay with personal check through the mail or eCheck via Pay Pal you must wait 4-7 business days until your payment clears.
SALES TAX Customers in the State of California will pay an 8.25% sales tax on the bid or buy it now price of the auction only since our business is located in the State of California. Shipping, packaging, and handling fees will not be taxed.
SHIPPING We will ship your item worldwide. We strive to ship all orders within 24-48 hours but on rare occasion there can be delays. Orders are shipped out Monday through Friday except on holidays. Please note the UPS ground rate is only for the continental United States. If you are unsure or would like to double check your shipping costs please check the shipping calculator below. All shipping, package, and handling fees will be included when reviewing the shipping calculator.
Domestic Shipping We offer UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail for shipments in the continental United States. We also offer Expedited Shipping where we will ship your item to you in 2-3 business days using UPS or USPS. For UPS Ground please allow up to 7 business days and for USPS Priority Mail please allow up to 5 business days. If you are having your item shipped to a PO Box please choose USPS Priority Mail as UPS does not ship to PO Box's. For items going to Alaska, Hawaii, a military address or any US Territory the UPS Ground rate does not apply. If you would like your item shipped another method such as UPS Overnight arrangements can occasionally be made by contacting us at TheGuitarDude1@hotmail.com.
Shipping to Canada
We will ship your item to anywhere in Canada that UPS or USPS delivers to. For orders going to Canada please allow up to 12 business days for standard service and 5 business days for expedited service. Sometimes Canadian customs will charge customs and brokerage fees which are not included at time of payment. We have no control over these charges but we do our best to get the item to you without any extra charges.
International Shipping Worldwide If it is possible to ship the item to you through UPS or USPS we will do it. For items going to outside the United States and Canada please allow up to 14 business days for standard service and up to 7 days for expedited service. Customs and brokerage fees are not included during check out. We have no control over these charges but we do our best to get the item to you without any extra charges.
